Grilled Eggplant

Beautifully tender Chinese eggplant with a smoky, charred flavor

Direction

  1. STEP 1
    Make eggplant_ Slice Chinese eggplant to about 1/4" to 1/2" thickness and grill them perfectly in approximately 3 minutes over medium-high heat. In a small bowl, combine oil, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Brush all over eggplants and season with salt and pepper. 

     

  2. STEP 2
    Top grilled eggplants with crème fraîche and parsley, then squeeze lemon juice over.
